The complex is clean, staff and maintenance personnel are friendly, courteous and always tend to your needs The complex is quiet and well maintained. Just one negative remark. Could have much better lighting on street where vehicles are parked. It really is not bright enough and dark in certain places. That is a safety issue especially for the women in the complex

Everything is very quiet, and well maintained. The apartments are beautifully upgraded. This is a very peaceful place to live. The pools and deck area are always clean and it is like a sanctuary to swim and get some sun.

I love living in such a beautiful community with great amenities. I feel blessed to call this home. Between the pools on the property, the grills and pavilions, the basketball courts there is something for everyone right at home.

Our experience was great from the second we walked in to get a tour to the second we picked up our keys! The front receptionist was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had.

No issues with my neighbors, any problem with my apartment was quickly fixed. Repair guys usually came the same day as long as you were early enough in a report.

I love it here. Warm and welcoming. Nice amenities and good people. Close to everything. Duckies all around the parking lot and in the pond.

People in the office always so helpful and whenever we've needed anything to be done maintenance comes over pretty quickly. Very nice and quiet community.
